The Villa is a neoclassical structure in Palladian style built in 1782 by the Counts Brandolini d’Adda. Infact it was initially used by the noble family as a summer residence and hunting lodge. The villa has gone through time and different eras of Italian history, damaged during the First World War, during the Second World War in 1942 it was used as a war garrison by the German armed forces.
